IMPORTANT: 256 Bytes of information block is mapped to address locations 20000h – 200FFh. Address locations 20000h-2007Fh and 200FEh (16 bits length) are READ-ONLY and will not be used to Compare between the Device and the buffer. Data loaded to address 20000h-2007Fh and 200FEh will be ignored. Warning!!! Protection Word mapped at 200FEh can be access via Device->Configure and Device->Options->Secure. Make sure these options are set before execute any command.Note: Once device is secured no further access is allowed. Use SP_ERASE to erase the secured device.
