Note
IMPORTANT: This algorithm is based on parameter file 70F3263_CSI3.PRM version 1.00.3-Wire Serial I/O Mode (CSIB3). This device does NOT support Read or Compare functions. The Security Byte can be set through Device Configureand programmed with Secure command. In order to program this Byte please enable Secure.Set Bit 0 to 0 will disable Chip EraseSet Bit 1 to 0 will disable Block EraseSet Bit 2 to 0 will disable Program.Bits 3 to 7 are reserved and should be set to 1s.Bit 1 and 2 can be erased through Chip Erase but once bit 0 isprogrammed to 0 the whole chip is secured and no operation can be done on it.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
