Note
IMPORTANT: 3-Wire Serial I/O Mode(CSIB0).The Security Byte can be set through Device Configureand programmed with Secure command. In order to program this Byte please enable Secure.Set Bit 0 to 0 will disable Chip EraseSet Bit 1 to 0 will disable Block EraseSet Bit 2 to 0 will disable Program.Set Bit 3 to 0 will disable Read.Bits 4 to 7 are reserved and should be set to 1s.Bit 1 2 and 3 can be erased through Chip Erase but once bit 0 isprogrammed to 0 the whole chip is secured and no operation can be done on it.Security for the device cannot be verified. This algorithm does not support Erase for a secured blank device.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
