Note
IMPORTANT: This algorithm is based on parameter file 78F9211.prm version 1.01.Single-wire UART-ch0 Mode. This device does NOT support Read Compare or Verify functions. The Verify command is to compare the Device checksum with Buffer checksum. The Security Byte can be set through Device Configureand programmed with Secure command. In order to program this Byte please enable Secure.Set either bit0 or bit1 to 0 will disable Block EraseSet either bit2 or bit3 to 0 will disable Chip EraseSet either bit4 or bit5 to 0 will disable Program.Bits 6 and 7 are reserved and should be set to 1s.Bit 0 1 4 and 5 can be erased through Chip Erase but once bit 2 or 3 isprogrammed to 0 the whole chip is secured and no operation can be done on it.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
