Note
IMPORTANT: This is a one-time programmable MCU. The algorithm memory map is as follows: 16 kByte OTP Code Space is mapped to addresses 0000h-3FFFh. 1 kByte OTP Data Space is mapped to addresses FC00h-FFFFh. 512 Byte OTP InfoPage is mapped to addresses 10000h-101FFh. The InfoPage is a separate 512 byte page of memory. See device datasheet for details. This algorithm maps it as follows: Device System (10000h-1001Fh): Reserved. Read-only. Reserved (10020h-10022h): Reserved. Must be 0xFF. Read-only. OTP main block readback protect (10023h): Disable SPI access to main block. Reserved (10024h-100FFh): Reserved. Must be 0xFF. Read-only. User data (10100h-101FFh): Mapped directly to data pattern. Reserved bytes of InfoPage (10000h-100FFh) will be skipped for all operations except Read. Only the User area (10100h-101FFh) can be programmed and verified. If Secure is enabled the readback protection byte under Device Config must be a non-0xFF value. Once the readback protection is set the device will fail all operations.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
