IMPORTANT: This device contains a 128 word One Time Programmable(OTP) Extended Memory Block. The Extended Memory Block is mapped from 2000000h-200007Fh (Data Pattern locations: 4000000h-40000FFh). This Block can be programmed and locked by the user. Once locked data in this area can only be changed after an erase is done.. Please refer to device specifications for more detail on security features of the device. The default Device Range is set to [0000000h-1FFFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if Extended Memory Block needs to be included. Password Access Feature is currently not supported. ‘
