IMPORTANT: 512-bit one-time programmable fuses is mapped to Data Pattern byte addresses: 0-3Fh. Each bit corresponds to one fuse. If fuses 509510 and 511 are blown to set Jtag securityno further operation can be performed. Fuses 128-255(Data Pattern address 0x10-0x1F) are AES key area. Reserved fuess should not be blown. (check device user manual for reserved fuses address).
