* R:Read only W: One time programmable (OTP) R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation. Special Device Considerations: The following describes the Registers and security bytes: Registers located at the following addresses. EE1DIVHNVR:0xFE10 EE1DIVLNVR:0xFE11 EE1NVR:0xFE1C EE2DIVHNVR:0xFF70 EE2DIVLNVR:0xFF71 EE2NVR:0xFF7C FL1BPR:0xFF80 and FL2BPR:0xFF81. Vectors at the following locations 0xFFD2-0xFFD3 and 0xFFDA-0xFFFF. Security bytes at 0xFFF6-0xFFFD. To read a programmed device the buffer must be filled with correct data from addresses 0xFFF6-0xFFFD. Make sure to fill buffer with right data at locations 0xFE10 and 0xFF70(EEDIVHNVR registers) and 0xFE1C and 0xFF7C(EENVR registers). These registers have one time programmable bits that protect portions of EEPROM permanently. The Erase command under Device menu only erases the Flashes. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
