If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM.6-clock mode can be set under DEVICE/CONFIGURE.When issuing the Secure command the appropriate Lock Bit option should be set under DEVICE/OPTIONS.When Enabling the Secure command there are three lock bits available: LB1 LB2 and LB3.Mode1′ programs LB1-Further programming of the EPROM is disabled.’Mode2′ programs LB1 and LB2-Same as Mode1 also verify is disabled.’Mode3′ programs LB1LB2 and LB3-Same as Mode2 also external execution is disabled. If the Encryption array has been programmed EncryptBuf must contain the correct encryption key toread the device properly. The Encryption Buffer itself cannot be read out. To enable reading usingthe EncryptBuf the ‘Decrypt during Read & Compare’ option under DEVICE/OPTIONS should be set as Enabled.!!!Note: If both Encryption and Secure functions are required they must be done together byEnabling both the ‘Encrypt after programming’ and ‘Secure after programming’ options under DEVICE/OPTIONS. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
