If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM.Default buffer value must be set to 255(FFh). The EncryptBuf is used on read back. If theEncryption array has been programmed EncryptBuf must contain the correct encryption key toread the device properly. You must select the appropriate security mode under DEVICE/OPTIONSto operate the secure command. Two lock bits are available in this chip: LB1 and LB2. If LB1is set further programming of EPROM is disabled. If LB2 is set verify of EPROM is disabled. The encryption array itself cannot be read out.!!!Note: If both Encryption and Secure functions are required they must be done together byenabling both the Encrypt after programming’ and ‘Secure after programming’ options underDEVICE/OTPIONS.Socket module information has been updated in revision 1.19.Supporting socket modules SM44QI SM44QC ASM44TQ SM44TQ ASM44TQE SM44TQEASM44TQF SM44TQF SM44QZ(discontinued) ASM44TQS SM44TQS ASM44TQA SM44TQA ASM44PQE SM44PQESM44QCS ASM44PQ SM44PQ ASM44PQC SM44PQC were replaced by ASM44PQB SM44PQBdue to marginal continuity issues. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
