Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM.The default buffer value in Bufffer/Options must be 0xFF before any operation is performed. The memory map is as follows:0x0-0xFFF –> User Code.0xFCE0-0xFCFF –> User Parameters.0xFD00–> Configuration Register 1.To program the Security Register check one of the two modes in Device/Options/Secure.MODE1 disables further programming. MODE2 disables programming and verifying. The FOSC2-FOSC0 Oscillator’ option in Device/Configure must be <=3 or it can also be set to 7. Please see Philips documentation for more information. The verify voltage depends on the BRW2.5 bit. If the BRW2.5 bit in the configuration register is setthen the verify low voltage is set to 2.7 volts. Otherwise the device verifies low at 3.9 volts. The 2nd verify is set to 5.5 volts. For more information please read Philips specifications. '
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
