IMPORTANT: R32C/12Z Group Microcomputer Flash Memory. This algorithm is written in parallel I/O mode. Data Pattern address and Device Memory address in table below are in byte mode (8 bit).

Device > Configure Options allow the individual ROM sections to be selected for device operations. Before executing any command at least 1 Operations Area must be selected. Any block can be locked with Lock Bit protection by setting ‘Lock’ under Device > Configure. Lock-bits can be cleared only by Erase. All blocks will be read and write protected by setting ‘Protect’ under Device > Configure for any one block. Please refer to help notes under Device > Configure. Protection(BP bits) can only be cleared by erasing the whole device. ‘


