IMPORTANT: This microcomputer device contains a 256KB single power supply flash memory and a user boot MAT.Flash memory is mapped to buffer locations 00000h-3FFFFh.User boot MAT is mapped to buffer locations 40000h-41FFFh.For flash memory addresses 00h-40h are reserved for external interrupt vector table.Locations 3Ch-3Fh constitute the key code area. Data FFh must be written to this area.If data other than FFh is written to the key code area of flash memoryonly 00h can be read in programmer mode for all memory locations.
