Note
IMPORTANT: M16C/6H Microcomputer Flash Memory Version. This algorithm is written in parallel I/O mode. In the Buffer8K-byte Boot ROM is mapped to [00000h-01FFFh].128K-byte User ROM is mapped to [E0000h-FFFFFh].The User and Boot ROMs are selected in the Configure Options.Buffer locations [02000h-DFFFFh] and not used and should be filled with FFh.Buffer locations FFFDCh-FFFFFh are special.Buffer locations FFFFEh-FFFFFh is the security word. If secured standalone operations will fail.Device Configure Options allow the individual ROM sections to be selected for device operations. Before executingany command at least 1 Operations Area must be selected. The Boot ROM area of the device has a standard serial I/O modecontrol program stored in it when shipped from the factory. Therefore if the device is going to be used in standard serial I/O modedo not rewrite the Boot ROM area.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
