IMPORTANT: M16C/6V Microcomputer Flash Memory Version.The buffer setup (word address):addresses 00000h-001FFFh (0-3FFFh in the buffer) are the Boot ROM area;addresses 20000h-2FFFFh (40000h-5FFFFh in the buffer) are the OSD ROM area;addresses 60000h-7FFFFh (C0000h-FFFFFh in the buffer) are the User ROM area;addresses 02000h-1FFFFh and 30000h-5FFFFh are not used and should be set to FFFFh.The Boot ROM area of the device has had a standard serial I/O modecontrol program stored in it when shipped from the Mitsubishi factory.Therefore if the device is going to be used in standard serial I/O modedo not rewrite the Boot ROM area(set Ranges to [20000h-7FFFFh] under DEVICE/OPTIONS).Access to the Block-Lock bits has not been enabled per Mitsubishi’s request.The on-chip flash memory can be programmed/erased up to 100 times.
