Note
IMPORTANT: M32C/83 Microcomputer Flash Memory Version.Under Device Options the range address is displayed in word mode (16 bit) while in the Bufferthe address is in byte mode (8 bit). In the Buffer 8K-byte Boot Block ismapped to 00000h-01FFFh.User ROM is divided into several blocks and they are mapped to F80000h-FFFFFFh.The User and Boot ROMs are selected in the Configure Options.Buffer locations 02000h-F7FFFFh are not used and should be filled with FFh.Buffer locations FFFE00h-FFFFFFh are special.Config Options allow the individual ROM sections to be selected for device operations. Before executingany command at least 1 Operations Area must be selected. All blocks can be locked by setting LOCK under Device Configure and the lock-bitscan be cleared only by erasing the ROM area the lock-bits control. The Boot ROM area of the device hasa standard serial I/O mode control program stored in it when shipped from the factory. Therefore ifthe device is going to be used in standard serial I/O mode do not rewrite the Boot ROM area.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
