In the buffer 4K-byte Boot ROM is mapped to 0000h-0FFFh.2K-byte Data (Block A) is mapped to 7000h-77FFh 2K-byte Data (Block B) ismapped to 7800h-7FFFh; 16K-byte FLASH (Block 2) is mapped to 8000h-BFFFh8K-byte FLASH (Block 1) is mapped to C000h-DFFFh8K-byte FLASH (Block 0) is mapped to E000h-FFFFh. Each block can be ERASED/PROGRAMMED separately by setting Ranges under Device/Options.
