IMPORTANT: CMOS Flash Memory and Mobile RAM. The address range of the lower 64M-bit is000000h-3FFFFFh (buffer locations 000000h-7FFFFFh). The upper 64M-bit is locatedin address range 400000h-7FFFFFh (buffer locations 800000h-FFFFFFh). Block schemeis set up as follows: Boot Block and Parameter Blocks are grouped into 4K-wordsections (ie: 0000h-0FFFh). Main block sections are grouped into 32K-word sections(ie: 010000h-017FFFh).
