If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: This is a NAND Flash Memory device with a minimum of 4026 blocks.Maximum binary image size is 64MByte.A device will be rejected if there are too many Bad Blocks found on its entire Flash array. Each block contains 32 pages which are divided into a 512 byte main page and a 16 byte control area. This algorithm is mapped with each page considered a contiguous 528 byte page.Bad Blocks are indicated at byte 517 of the first or second page of a block. These bytesare forced to be FFh to indicate valid blocks.Device Erase and Blank (optional) operate on the entire Flash array.Device Program and Verify operate on Flash blocks based on Buffer Image size. There is no Device Read command due to the special file format (BP01).Block Protect feature for this device is currently not supported.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
