IMPORTANT: This is a NAND Flash Memory device with a minimum of 4026 blocks.Binary image size greater than 64MByte can only be used onEnhanced 7th Generation and on Engineering programmers. A device will berejected if there are too many Bad Blocks found on its entire Flasharray. Bad blocks are skipped. Each block contains 32 pages which aredivided into a 512 byte main page and a 16 byte control area. DeviceErase and Blank (optional) operate on the entire Flash array. DeviceProgram and Verify operate on Flash blocks based on Buffer Image size.There is no Device Read command due to the special file format.
