IMPORTANT: This is a OneNAND Flash Memory device with a minimum of 502 blocks. Each block contains 64 pageswhich are divided into a 512-word main page and a 16-word control area. This algorithm ismapped with each page considered an contiguous 528-word page.Bad Blocks are indicated at word 512 of the first or second page of a block. These bytesare forced to be FFFFh to indicate valid blocks.This device has an OTP block that is mapped as the last block in the memory map [102D800h-1035BFFh](Word Addresses) Buffer Addresses [205B000h-206B7FFh].Only the first 20 pages of the OTP block are for the User. If OTP blockprogramming is not desired exclude it from the Device Range. This OTP block can be permanentlylocked by selecting the desired option in Device Configure. Please note that Word 8 of Spare area ofSector 0 of Page 0 of the OTP block will lock the OTP block if programmed.It is skipped during Program and Verify and can only be programmed if the desired optionis set in Device Configure.This algorithm uses a Simple Bad Block Replacement’ scheme. ‘
