IMPORTANT: 128Mbit Flash Memory. This custom device selection programs the 128Mbit Flash Memory with 3.3 V at WP#/ACC pin. This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bits are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. They are ignored during Verify and Compare operations.The other 64 bits are one-time-user-programmable. All 128 bits are located at buffer locations [1000000h-100000Fh]. ‘
