IMPORTANT: 128Mbit Flash Memory.The memory for this device is mapped to buffer location 000000h – FFFFFFhThe OTP Block is divided into two areas Factory Programmed Area and Customer Programmable Area.The Factory Programmed Area (Read Only) is mapped to buffer locations 1000000h – 1000007h.The Customer Programmable Area (OTP) is mapped to buffer locations 1000008h – 100000FhErase operation for the OTP Block compares each word to FFFFh. Once the CustomerProgrammable Area is modified Erase will always fail if OTP Block (800000h – 800007h)is included in Device Range. By default the OTP Block is not included in Device Range.Under Device Config Factory Programmed Area Lock selection is Read Only.Although this value is not used during Programming it must match the device’s default valueor it will always fail Verify or Compare.
