IMPORTANT: This device contains a F7Fh word OTP Block. The first 4 words are mapped from 400000h to400007h in the buffer. These words are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified.The Program’ ‘Compare’ and ‘Verify’ functions will ignore the factory-programmed area. Thelast F7Bh words of the OTP Block are mapped from 400008h to 401EFDh in the buffer and areone-time-user-programmable. When Erasing this range the programmer will blank-check these bitsand will fail the ERASE function if the area is not blank. The ERASE function will also failif this area has been ENABLED. If ‘Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP Blockwill not be programmed or verified. Locking the user-programmable segment of the OTP Blockis a one time only operation. ‘
