IMPORTANT: This is a Flash EPROM with an additional SecSi sector. This sector is mapped from 200000h to20FFFFh. This sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If this is thecase this sector will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as this datacould have an unique number. If this part has not been locked by the factory the user can treatthis sector as additional memory with an OTP sector protection.
