IMPORTANT: Uniform Sector Flash Memory with an additional 256-byte OTP sector. This sector is mapped inbuffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh. This sector can be purchased programmed and lockedfrom the factory. If this is the case it will need to be excluded from programming andverification ranges as this data could have a unique number. Factory Lock Status is displayedin Device/Configure. If this option is different from the state of the chip during verificationor compare it will cause an error. If the device has not been locked by the factory the usercan treat this sector as an additional OTP sector with OTP sector protection. When using theERASE command on the OTP section the programmer will blank-check the sector and will fail theif the area is not blank. The ERASE function will also fail if the OTP area has been protected. If Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP sector will not be programmed or verified. ‘
