Note
IMPORTANT: 32 Mbit Flash Memory with Secured Silicon Sector. The Secured Silicon Sector is mapped from 200000h to 207FFFh (Buffer locations: 400000h – 40FFFFh). This sector canbe purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If the sector is factory locked it will need to beexcluded from programming and verification ranges as the sector data could have a unique number. Theconfiguration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option isdifferent from the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the ExtendedBlock has not been locked by the factory the user can treat this sector as an additional OTP sector withOTP sector protection. When Erasing the Extended Block Memory ERASE will also fail if this area has been PROTECTED.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh].Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Secured Silicon Sector need to be included. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
