IMPORTANT: This is a Flash EPROM with an additional 128 word OTP section. This sector is mapped from 400000h to40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. If this part has not been lockedby the factory the user can treat this sector as additional memory with an OTP sector protection. Factory Lock Status is displayed in Device/Configure only after a READ command is issued.
