IMPORTANT: This device selection is for Reverse TSOP Pinout.Uniform Sector Flash Memory with an additional 128-word OTP sector. This sector is mapped from 400000hto 40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed and lockedfrom the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excluded from programming andverification ranges as this data could have a unique number. If this part has not been locked by thefactory the user can treat this sector as an additional OTP sector with OTP sector protection. FactoryLock Status is displayed in Device/Configure. If this option is different than the state of the chipduring verification or compare it will cause an error. When Erasing the OTP section the programmerwill blank-check the sector and will fail the ERASE function if the area is not blank. The ERASE functionwill also fail if the OTP area has been SECURED.If Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP sector will not be programmed or verified. ‘
