Note
IMPORTANT: Uniform Sector Flash Memory with an additional 128-word OTP section. This sector is mapped from 400000h to 40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. If this part has not been locked by the factory users can treat this sector as an additional OTP sector with OTP protection. Factory Lock Status is displayed in Device/Configure. If this option is different from the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error.
