IMPORTANT: This is a Flash EPROM with an additional SecSi sector (read-only).The SecSi sector is mapped from 100000h to 10007Fh (buffer locations: [200000h-2000FFh]).The configuration option for the SecSi sector is used to indicate the status of the lockbit of the SecSi sector. If this option is different from the state of the chip duringVerify or Compare it will cause an error.
