IMPORTANT: MCP Flash Memory with additional SecSi sector. This sector is mapped from 100000h to107FFFh (buffer locations: 200000h – 20FFFFh). It can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. The configuration option for the factory lock(in DeviceConfigure) is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If this part has not been locked by the factory the user can treat this sector as an additional OTP sector with OTP sector protection.
