IMPORTANT: MCP Flash Memory (2Mx16) and SRAM (2Mx16).The Flash Memory has an additional 256-byte SecSi Sector (OTP) mapped from 200000h to20007Fh (buffer locations [400000h-4000FFh]). This sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicatethe status of the chip. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compareit will cause an error. If the part has not been locked by the factorythe user can treat this sector as an additional memory sector with OTP sector protection.The device will fail Erase if the SecSi is not blank or has been locked.Enabling AutoRange will exclude the SecSi from any operations.
