Note

IMPORTANT: MCP Flash Memory and SRAM.Two AM29DL640G devices in one FBGA package differentiated by CE#f1 and CE#f2 pins. The data for Device1(CE#f1) is addressed at buffer locations 0h-7FFFFFh.The data for Device2(CE#f2) is addressed at buffer locations 800000h-FFFFFFh.Data for SecSi sector of Device1(CE#f1) is at buffer addresses 1000000h-10000FFh.Data for SecSi sector of Device2(CE#f2) is at buffer addresses 1000100h-10001FFh.If the SecSi is purchased programmed and locked from the factory this sector needs to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the part has not been lockedby the factory the user can treat these sectors as additional memory OTP sectors with sector protection. The SecSi Sectors are programmed and verified as one unit. They may be protected separately.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
