IMPORTANT: 32Mbit SPI Serial Flash Memory Secure(Freeze Lockdown) feature cannot be verified. Once Secure(Freeze Lockdown) is performed. All Sector Lockdown states cannot be modified. OTP Security Register is mapped to [400000h-400080h]. [400000h-40003Fh] is user programmable. The entire user programmable area is OTP. Modification to any byte within the user area will prevent further modification to the entire user area. [400040h-400080h] is factory programmed and cannot be modified. Verify and Compare operation for factory programmed area is ignored. Read operation is allowed for factory programmed area. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh]. Please modify the range under Device > Range if OTP Security Register needs to be included.
