IMPORTANT: Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM).64 bytes of USER ID is mapped to locations 8000h-803Fh.The Erase command will set locations 0-7FFFh to FFh. It does NOT affect the USER ID area howeverthis area must be Programmed to FFh to be cleared.Erase has been added for customer convenience but is not required to program over a non-blank device.
