IMPORTANT: Serial FLASH EPROM.The memory is devided into 6 sectors.Programming is done using MAIN MEMORY PAGE PROGRAM THROUGH BUFFER mode.This operation is a combination of buffer write and bufferto main memory page program with built-in Erase operations.
