The Main Memory is divided into 65 Sectors.See manufacturer’s datasheet for the address range of each sector.This device has a 128-byte security register mapped from 1080000h-108007Fh in the buffer.This register has a 64-byte one time User-Programmable Space (1080000h-108003Fh) and a unique 64-Byte factoryprogrammed Device Identifier (1080040h-108007Fh). Once the User-Programmable 64 bytes have been programmedthey should not be reprogrammed. The factory programmed data is fixed and cannot be changed.Erasing the whole chip will fail if the Protection register has already been programmed.Please note that a chip erase might take up to 10 minutes.
