Note

IMPORTANT:

Device Type: Data Flash Memory
Device Size: 32 Mbit
Algorithm Programming method: Serial

Memory Organization:

Memory Type

Attributes(*)

Included in default Range (Y/N) DUT Physical Byte Address(hex)(if this area is selected/Activated) BPWin Buffer Byte Address(hex)
Main Flash Area R/W/E Yes 0000_0000 – 0041_FFFF 0000_0000 – 0041_FFFF
SecSi sector R/W Yes 0042_0000 – 0041_FFFF 0042_0000 – 0041_FFFF
Default Algorithm Range 0000_0000 – 0041_FFFF 0000_0000 – 0041_FFFF

* R:Read only W:One time programmable (OTP) R/W:readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E:readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation regardless of memory range selection. Special Device Considerations:

This algorithm supports 528 bytes per Page. Please make sure the data file is in 528 bytes per Page format. A seperate 512 byte page device selection can be used for data files in 512 bytes per Page format.
***512 and 528 devices should not be mixed when running a job in Concurrent mode.***
The device has a 128-byte Security Register. The first 64 bytes are the one-time user programmable space and the remaining 64 bytes are factory programmed by Atmel
and will contain a unique number for each device. The factory programmed data is fixed and cannot be changed.
The User Programmable Space is located in Buffer addresses [420000h-42003Fh].If the User Programmable Space is not blank Erase will fail on this area.
The Sector Protection Register can be set in Device Configure.
Once a sector is locked down Erase and Program will fail. The sector then cannot be unlocked.
The ‘ Power of 2’ binary page size Configure Register can be set using Secure. The ‘ Power of 2’ page size is a One-time Programmable(OTP)register

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
