Note
IMPORTANT: 64-megabit DataFlash. This algorithm supports 1056 bytes per Page. Please make sure the data file is in 1056 bytes per Page format. This device is set to 1056 bytes per Page by default at the factory. A seperate 1024 byte page device selection can be used for data files in 1024 bytes per Page format. ***1024 and 1056 devices should not be mixed when running a job in Concurrent mode.***Erase before programming must beenabled if the state of the device is uncertain. The device has a 128-byteSecurity Register. The first 64 bytes are the one-time user programmablespace and the remaining 64 bytes are factory programmed by Atmel and willcontain a unique number for each device. The factory programmed data is fixedand cannot be changed. The User Programmable Space is located in Bufferaddresses [840000h-84003Fh]. If the User Programmable Space is not blankErase will fail on this area. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-83FFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if the User ProgrammableSpace needs to be included. The Sector Protection Register can be set inDevice Configure.Sector LockDown can be set in Device Configure. Once a sector is locked downErase and Program will fail. The sector then cannot be unlocked. The ‘ Power of 2’ binary page size Configure Register can be set using Secure. The ‘ Power of 2’ page size is a One-time Programmable(OTP) register and oncethe device is configured for page size it can not be reconfigured again. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
