IMPORTANT: 1-megabit (128K x 8) Flash Memory. The boot block is located at address range 1C000h-1FFFFh. Enabling Boot Block Programming Lockout’ under Device Configure is a PERMANENT operation. This feature protects the data in the boot block from being erased and reprogrammed in application. If the Lockout bit has been programmed the boot block must be excluded from erase and program operations. ‘
