IMPORTANT: The address range of the boot block is 3C000h to 3FFFFh. Once the boot block lockout status is enabled (Device/Configure) it is permanently set.And the contents of the boot block cannot be changed.The entire chip must be erased and programmed in order to erase and program the boot block.


