IMPORTANT: 4-megabit (512K x 8) Flash Memory. The boot block is located at address range 00000h-03FFFh. Enabling Boot Block Programming Lockout’ under Device > Configure is a PERMANENT operation. This feature protects the data in the boot block from being erased and reprogrammed. ‘


