IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bits Protection Register.The first 64 bits(Sector A) are pre-programmed by the manufacturerand cannot be modified. Sector A is mapped to buffer locations 200000h-200007h.These bits are ignored during Compare and Verify.The second 64 bits (Sector B) are one time programmable and they aremapped to buffer locations 200008h-20000Fh.Locking the User Register portion (Sector B) of the Protection Register is a one timeonly operation. Please refer to the specifications for more information.
