IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bits (Block-A)are pre-programmed by the manufacturer which cannot be modified. Block-A are located at buffer addresses 200000h-200007h. Compare and Verify will skip those addresses.The other 64 bits (Block-B) can be modified and are located at memory locations 200008h-20000Fh. Block B is OTP sector. And lock of Block B is one time operation.Once Block B is programmed chip erase will fail.For more information please refer to ATMEL spec.
