IMPORTANT: 16-megabit Flash Memory with 128 bits Protection Register.The first 64 bits (located at buffer addresses 200000h-200007h) are pre-programmed at the factory.These bits cannot be modified and are ignored during compare and verify.The second 64 bits are one time programmable and they arelocated at buffer locations 200008h-20000Fh.Locking the User Register portion of the Protection Register is a one timeonly operation.If the second 64 bits are programmed or Locked chip erase will fail.Please refer to the data specifications for more information.
