Note
IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bits (Block-A)are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified and will notbe read. The other 64 bits (Block-B) can be modified and are located at memory locations 400000h-400007h. For more information please refer to ATMEL spec. Locking the Block B is a one time only operation.
