IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bits Protection Register.The first 64 bits(Block A) are pre-programmed by the manufacturerand cannot be modified. Block A is mapped to buffer locations 400000h-400007h.These bits are ignored during Compare and Verify.The second 64 bits (Block B) are one time programmable and they aremapped to buffer locations 400008h-40000Fh.Locking the User Register portion (Block B) of the Protection Register is a one timeonly operation. Please refer to the specifications for more information.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh].Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Protection Register needs to be included. ‘
