Note
IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bits (Block-A) are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and will not be accessed. The other 64 bits (Block-B) are OTP and are located at buffer addresses 400000h-400007h. For more information please refer to Atmel specifications. Locking Block B is a one time only operation. When Erasing Block-B the programmer will blank-check the sector and will fail the Erase operation if the area is not blank. The Erase operation will also fail if Block-B has been Secured. If Auto Range Detection’ is set to Yes Block-B will not be programmed or verified. ‘
