IMPORTANT: This device contains a 128 bit Protection Register. The first 64 bits (Block-A)are pre-programmed by the manufacturer which cannot be modified. Block-Ais located at Buffer addresses 100000h-100007h. Program Compare and Verify willskip those addresses. The other 64 bits (Block-B) can be modified and are located atBuffer locations 100008h-10000Fh. Block B cannot be erased.Locking of Block B is a one time only operation.Once Block B is programmed or locked chip erase will fail.For more information please refer to ATMEL spec.
